Plan your visit: access, parking and practical details
Check the operator’s current fees, reservations, parking, transit, restrooms and accessibility arrangements before leaving. Confirm specific mobility or sensory needs directly with the venue.
Official visitor information ↗The Capitol sits on Capitol Hill above downtown Salt Lake City. It holds ceremonial spaces and public art alongside the day-to-day work of the Legislature, the governor and other state offices. Guided and self-guided tours are offered.
Memorials and monuments stand on the grounds outside. A visit during the legislative session, which runs January to early March, is busier than a quiet weekday.
Before you go
