North Ogden development tracker

1150 E. 3700 N. hillside rezone

North Ogden is considering consolidating the zoning on one parcel at 1150 East 3700 North into a single Hillside Protection designation, HP-2, replacing three existing ones: R-1-10, R-1-12.5 and HP-3. The council postponed the request on July 28 so staff could address concerns about housing density and trails, and put it back on its Oct. 13 agenda as Ordinance 2026-22, with the Planning Commission's recommendation to be presented by a city planner. The agenda does not state that recommendation, include a map or say what would be built, and it describes the vote as optional ("may vote"). The council's action on Oct. 13 is not in a posted record.
