His campaign site says Saxton earned business administration and marketing degrees at Utah State University and completed a Utah State MBA through evening and weekend classes while working full time. It lists five years as Riverton City's communications director, earlier marketing work for USU Extension and his current job as district director for U.S. Rep. Burgess Owens.
