Background

Bianca Mittendorf’s biography with Utah F.A.M. lists bachelor’s degrees in cultural anthropology and special education and a master’s degree in human resource management. Her professional background includes teaching special education at elementary and middle-school levels and serving as Davis School District’s Title IX coordinator. The Utah Education Association recognized her with its human and civil rights award in 2022, identifying her as its equity and membership director.
