Lynndyl at a glance

Millard County · Utah

Lynndyl’s history is closely connected with the railroad. Millard County’s tourism account traces the community to 1907 and describes a former terminal, shops, station and hotel. Farming families later added another strand to its development, while the post office changed the earlier Lynn name to Lynndyl.

The current town website provides municipal news, forms, meeting-resource navigation and water information. These resources offer a present-day counterpart to the railroad history, helping residents locate applications and official contacts. The town’s own pages and the county’s historical account serve different purposes, so an archived infrastructure notice should not be read as a statement of current service conditions.
