Background
Wayne Winsor serves on the South Weber City Council. His earlier municipal service included three years on the Planning Commission and four years on the council, according to a recognition presented by Mayor Rod Westbroek in January 2022. That recognition also documented work on the city’s administrative and finance, municipal utilities and public safety committees, along with the Davis County Mosquito Abatement Board. Westbroek credited Winsor with helping improve financial planning, administrative procedures and high-speed internet options for the city.
