Background
Steven Shrope’s background includes title-company management and volunteer leadership in southern Utah. In a 2025 Kanab City Council candidate questionnaire, he said he managed Southern Utah Title and served on the Kane County Water Conservancy District board. He also described earlier service as a homeowners-association board member and president, a water-board member and a Lions Club president. These professional and civic roles preceded his service on the Kanab City Council.
