Scott Dalton is a Piute County commissioner whose public work includes agriculture and rural tourism. A 2021 Utah Farm Bureau report identified him as a Farm Bureau member and described a young-farmer tour stop at the Dalton turkey farm, hay-cubing operation and sawmill in Circleville.
