Reale describes her education approach in terms of students’ academic and career goals. Her biography connects that focus to higher-education work, research and community advocacy. It also notes a family connection to Utah’s K–12 schools through educators in her immediate family. These experiences form the background she brings to statewide school-policy decisions. [1]

Current professional record

In her 2026 disclosure, Reale identifies full-time employment at Salt Lake Community College as assistant vice president of institutional marketing and communication.
