Ralph Severini became Hideout's interim mayor in May 2025 after five years on the town council, and took the oath for a four-year mayoral term in January 2026. The town's appointment announcement describes a technology and business career that included vice-presidential positions at four firms and advisory work for Amazon Web Services' insurance business.
