Louis Howard Quackenbush II has a background in physical therapy, athletic training and clinical practice management. A 2020 Utah Physical Therapy Association conference biography identified him as the owner and director of Delta Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine, with multiple clinical sites. It says he graduated from Brigham Young University’s athletic-training program in 1992 and earned a master’s degree in physical therapy from Washington University in 1994. He subsequently completed a transitional doctorate in physical therapy at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions.
