Background
Kevin Morris has worked in Millard County facilities management and tourism promotion. County commission minutes from June 2009 identify him as West Millard maintenance supervisor and recognize his work promoting events at the county fairgrounds in Delta. The minutes credit Morris and his crew with preparations and cleanup for events including horse shows, team roping and motor-sport activities. In October 2012, commissioners appointed him to the county Tourism Committee, citing his experience bringing events to the area and his professional contacts.
