Background
Kevin Jeppsen is Perry’s mayor, with a municipal record focused on infrastructure, public services and coordination with nearby communities. In his February 2026 State of the City report, he reviewed completion of the Highway 89 master plan, progress on the 1200 West Central Trail and a negotiated fire-service contract with Brigham City. He identified well improvements, backup generators and emergency preparedness as future priorities. At the same meeting, the council authorized him to negotiate details of a Perry–Willard boundary adjustment and an interlocal arrangement for road and utility maintenance.
