Kevin Arrington serves on the Richfield City Council. A Utah State University Extension conference biography from 2011 documented his work as Sevier County’s tourism and events director, following earlier positions directing Salt Lake County’s Zoo, Arts and Parks program, assisting Congresswoman Enid Greene and lobbying in Washington. Richfield leases 1.4 acres of airport land to the state for $100 a month
The council voted 5-0 on Aug. 25 to lease about 1.4 acres at the south end of the airport to the state Division of Facilities Construction and Management for $100 a month over five years. The same meeting approved a 100 South redesign 4-1, with the park strip limited to a hotel's frontage.
