Kelly N. Schaeffer-Bullock was appointed to the Highland/Alpine Justice Court in 2017. Her earlier work included municipal prosecution and civil practice, alongside legal research and teaching. She earned an undergraduate degree at BYU-Hawaii and a law degree at BYU.
