Background
Keiren Chatterley is Kane County’s treasurer and previously worked as the county’s deputy treasurer. When commissioners appointed her interim treasurer in August 2023, the Southern Utah News reported that she had worked for Kane County for 15 years. She moved into the elected office to complete Kevin Blomquist’s term after his resignation, following a recommendation from the county Republican Central Committee.
