Katie Lee-Koven is executive director and chief curator of the Nora Eccles Harrison Museum of Art at Utah State University, per the university's staff directory. Logan Municipal Council minutes record her serving as a council member on May 5, 2026. In a statement read into draft September 2025 council minutes she described earlier service as chair of the Hillcrest Neighborhood Council, a founding member of Logan's Public Art Committee and a member of the General Plan steering committee.
