Background
Jack Burns serves on the Springdale Town Council; the roster lists his term as expiring January 2030. In his 2025 reelection biography he described a 36-year National Park Service career at Zion, including managing the shuttle-system contract and leading visitor-use management planning, seven years on the Planning Commission, and service on the Grafton Heritage Partnership Project's board of trustees beginning in 1991.
