Background
Gregory R. Wolbach, PLS, is Summit County’s recorder and surveyor. Before holding that office, he worked as the county’s survey manager under recorder Rhonda Francis. His private-sector background includes co-owning an engineering and surveying firm for 28 years and working as a lift-operations supervisor at Deer Valley Resort. During his 2024 campaign, Wolbach described working with planning departments throughout the county and bringing experience from private practice into public service. His current elected term began in January 2025.
