Background

Elise Waddingham Harris is an attorney whose career includes municipal law and county government in Millard County. County commissioners selected her as interim county attorney in October 2024 following Patrick Finlinson’s resignation. The Millard County Chronicle Progress reported that she was then serving as both Fillmore City’s attorney and a deputy county attorney. Her law firm’s history says she began practicing at Waddingham & Associates in 2019, continuing a family legal practice established in Millard County in 1952. The county’s attorney page continues to identify her appointment as interim.
