Duane D Kearsley is a construction-business owner and county-facility manager campaigning for the Weber County Commission. His campaign biography says he graduated from Weber High School in 1994 and started his concrete-construction business in 1997. It describes more than 25 years of volunteer track maintenance for the Wasatch Slopes Chariot Association at the county fairgrounds, followed by work as facility manager at the Golden Spike Event Center. Kearsley also reports coaching youth softball, wrestling, football and baseball.
