Background
Cheryl Lupo’s background combines business management, entrepreneurship and community volunteering in Carbon County. In an October 2026 candidate interview, she described working as an operations manager for National Mine Service and later managing budgets and employees at Praxair. She said she had also operated Cheryl’s Window Designs for 13 years. Her civic experience, as described in the interview, includes county economic-development work, a beautification subcommittee and volunteering at a homeless shelter, where she also served on the board. Lupo was campaigning as an unaffiliated candidate for the Carbon County Commission.
