Alpine's fire station expansion has a $5.12 million price and a $6.05 million plan
Alpine city budgeted about $5 million for a fire station expansion in 2025. In June 2026 the council approved a $5,124,327 guaranteed maximum price with SIRQ Construction inside a funding plan of about $6.05 million, and authorized up to $2.5 million in sales tax bonds. The council has approved two construction payments.
