Background

Carl Ingwell described a background in environmental lobbying and community organizing in a January 2026 candidate interview with Castle Country Radio. He said his work involved the Utah Legislature and state agencies, including the Division of Wildlife Resources, Department of Transportation and Department of Environmental Quality. His community service included the Price City Library Board and a committee for the Get Healthy Utah initiative. He previously sought the Democratic nomination for Utah’s 3rd Congressional District in 2017.
