Background
Barry L. Huntington is Garfield County’s attorney, with additional service in municipal law and statewide prosecution organizations. A January 2007 filing identifies him as Panguitch city attorney representing the city before the Utah Public Service Commission. The Utah Prosecution Council welcomed him as its new chair in January 2018. His statewide service also includes membership on the Utah Council for Victims of Crime, whose July 2021 minutes list him among the participating council members.
